At LUILEI, we ensure that your luxury perfumes and cosmetics are handled with the utmost care and delivered securely to your doorstep. Please read our shipping guidelines, rates, and terms below.

Shipping Rates and Destinations

We deliver to select countries across mainland Europe. Shipping is not free, and all shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight of your package and the specific country of destination. All shipping rates are calculated as base prices before applicable taxes.

We use reliable courier networks to ensure safety, selecting the optimal transport company depending on your specific destination.

Exclusion Zone: Please note that we do not ship to Greece, Malta, Cyprus, or other European islands.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

  • Standard Processing: Orders are processed, securely packed, and dispatched within 24/48 business hours. We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Italian national holidays.

  • Delivery Estimates: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 8 to 10 business days across mainland Europe.

  • Holiday Periods: During peak seasons, including the Christmas period (December 15th to January 8th) and throughout the month of August, logistics networks may experience slight delays. Any scheduled operational pauses will be clearly announced on our homepage or via our customer support.

Shipment Tracking (Stay in the Loop)

As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will receive an automated shipping notification via SMS or email (depending on the contact details provided at checkout). This message contains a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your shipment's journey, modify the delivery date, or request redirection to a designated courier access point if permitted by the carrier.

Regulatory Compliance and Carrier Liability

Every perfume bottle and cosmetic item is thoroughly inspected and handed over to our trusted courier partners in perfect, defect-free condition.

SHOPNOVA SRLS cannot be held legally or financially responsible for delivery delays, transit damages, or faults directly attributable to the carrier or caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs holds, transport strikes, severe weather, or extraordinary traffic disruptions).

However, we are always on your side: should any transport issues or package damage occur, contact us immediately at info@luilei.it so we can assist in launching a carrier investigation and resolving the issue.

Delivery Refusal & Unclaimed Packages

The dispatch of goods is executed exclusively based on your contractual purchase request. If a customer refuses delivery of a parcel (without prior written legal authorization from us) or fails to collect the package from a courier pickup point/access point within the carrier's storage window, the package will be returned to sender.

In such events, SHOPNOVA SRLS reserves the right to deduct the full round-trip shipping costs and storage fees incurred from any applicable refund.

International & Localized Orders

This English-language version of LUILEI.IT is dedicated to retail shipments across the European Union. For orders explicitly intended for delivery within the Italian territory, we recommend browsing our Italian-language platform to access localized carrier options and regional services.
